Help Reed Question

I have a 86 lt250r and i am rebulding the motor and it looks like the reed stop have gone missing. Do any of you know where i can find a replacement??

is it missing, or has someone replace the reeds with aftermarket reeds? most reeds do away with the stop and have just a small metal strip across the back where they are bolted on...

The reed stop is missing I got the motor in pieces and its gone. I was looking and it looks like it is not needed any ideas. This is on a 86 motor.
