The learning curve...and a favor (logo)

Well, its been a few months since I started making game calls....and I figured I would share afew of the latest ones in this section:p

This is a Hard maple and Ebony Squirrel call I finished this morning.

I havent really pushed any sales so that I can build an inventory for fall, but selling them thus far has not been an issue (i've sold every call ive ever listed thankfully!)

Now on to the next step and that is Turkey calls. The Pot calls are widely used but getting them right is the hard part:D

I need to come up with a logo for the new company, and thats where hopefully someone here who is good at that stuff can help. The name of the company is Two Creeks Game Calls . I would like to come up with some form of logo and design so that I can have the calls laser etched and stickers made for them, along with some T-shirts etc.

Pappy, those look very nice. Some good craftsmanship and time went into those. I think you'll go somewhere with them! Good luck to you!

Usually they are more interested in the 45 laying on the seat then a Duck call;)

They sound pretty sweet I must say:p

I just finished turning my first 2 piece striker for my Turkey pots....its a Persimon dowl with a Oak head.

While it sounds great, I think I will stick with Hickory dowel and a carbon tip so it will run clean even when damp. Its amazing how the different components change the sound. Walnut top versus Oak...different pitch and loudness.

didnt say they dont look nice, they look perfect!

oh ya, i made my sig when i didnt have a wheeler, i got sick of seeing everyones sig and there sweet *** wheelers, so i made up the rappy thing. i just had so many people tell me its funny that i kept it even when i got my ltr,lol
