rebuild on a ford ranger motor

just wondering if anyone kows about how much it would be and what everything i would need to do if i was going to rebuild a 4.0 v6 1994 ranger motor. the motor has about 192,000 miles on it.:confused:

You can get complete rebuild kits, with everything you need ranging from $300.00 - very expensive. Depeneding on quality. Look at summitracing.com. If your doing it yourself, this is the way to go.
