I know stock clutches or Hinson is the way to go with a TRX but i needed some fast for this weekend and my buddy had a new set of Tusk clutches with heavy duty springs so im gonna slap them in for the weekend. Has anybody had any bad experiances with Tusk clutches?

I ran them on my DVX400 with no issue, but I hear they won't hold up if you run a Rekluse.

I run the tusk clutch kit in my XC race quad. They seem to do well.

I use the longer dark synergy springs with the Tusk kit and it hooks up good. I run it pretty hard and the kit seems to be holding up fine.

Worth the $45 IMO.

I have ran Tusk clutches for the last couple years in my 450r that I race XC with. Because of the price I do replace them every 6 months whether its needed or not. But at the end of 6 months they are still going strong. Highly recommended.

I hate to say it, but the Tusk clutches I have ran and replace customers clutches with have held up better and felt better than any of the EBC's or Hinsons I have used. Not saying that is the end all to my clutch buying....but if it walks like a duck.....
