Oil Spilling

42,000 gallons of crude oil are spewing in the the gulf. Thats is just crazy.:eek2: Is this a result of human error or what?

there was a massive explosion that completely sunk the oil platform to some 5000ft bellow.....i guess from initial investigations, the oil spill is no where near as bad as it could possibly be

Yea I know it was a blowout. I'm wondering if this could have been avoided. Anybody know if it was from human error.
