yeah i had brought this up like a week or so ago to the comments and suggestions forum, there seems to be some good names wasted

ya cant just delete or ban someone. if that person ever wanted to post again and there name is non exsisting i would be pretty pissed if it was me.

id say there are about 500 "hardcore" every day exrider members. but at least 1000 members that visit once a week. i dont think 3000 members browse the site all the time, probly once in a while...

just click on the members button and click on "list by date joined"
scroll threw a few pages and look at all the 0 post count. many people just probly search for quads on the net and exriders come up, they look how many members there are and how cool it is, and just join and never really post.

I have the server statistics right here and we are now getting 20.3 million hits a month, from 113,000 individual users (the stat program can tell us exactly how many unique people visit a month). That means our "circulation" is 113,000 and growing every month!

the number at the beginning of the thread (6,000) is the number of members
the number that ben has given, the 113,000 is probably based on IP addresses like you have mentioned, so I'm assuming you'd count as 4 of those

The stat program has some mathmatical calculations that take into account the fact that some people use different IP numbers. The fact is that we are getting as many hits (no matter which way you calculate them) as the Connection, and by summer we will be getting more than the Connection because this upward trend is growing faster and time goes on!
