Wy wife gained some weight when she had the baby. I thought she looked fine afterwards. But she was not having it. She was trying to do situp's 3 days after she got home from the hospital. Now she is getting bad *** now. Will not be long before she is better than before.

gonna need more than just flour. You are gonna need some sort of bungee cords to hold the excess outta the way.

some of that grip tape like for skateboards for needed traction on the gelatinous surface.

one of those helmet mounted flashlights. To find your watch when finished.

duct tape to hold things togather and also to hold flaps outta the way.

rope to help stop unwanted movement. If the waves get to moving it could be very dangerous.

First aid kit.
