final r4 question any mechcanics

step by step how to i get a wb r4 slip-on on. this includes the bullet shaped thing and the clamp??

DUDE. its not that hard. just unbolt the stocker, pull it off and put the other one on. just follow your dang directions. slip on means not hard

pull out the ruber garmet on the end of the sub frame its were the stock 1 was mounted and put in the bullet extention and put the bolt in.

you gotta be the first person that i ever saw that took an entire week just install a freaking slip-on:huh this almost tops the guy installing his carb upside down:eek:

Not everyone is as mechanically inclinded as some of us. But we all had to start somewhere. Give the guy a break at least he's trying to do it himself instead of paying someone else to do it.

ok i guess in need help too, i know haha, but i got mine off ebay it said brand new and i get it today and theres only the pipe. no "bullet thing" or instructions or anything. i havent went out to see if i can figure it out by looking at the quad yet. not having the bullet thing or instructions kinda pisses me off.

any help would be appreciated

it's fairly easy to install without instructions but i hat to rain on you parade, you need that bullet thingy cause it's the spacer that goes on you top mount and you should have gotten a longer bolt to go with it too

i guess thats what i get for getting something on ebay
i just mailed to guy, i hope its a misunderstanding.

does anyone have the dimensions for the bullet thing, i have the means to make one myself but not without something to go by
