Does the yfz have any problems

Im looking at this 05 yfz special edition it has has aftermarket full exhaust, jeted to match, handlebars, nerf bars, bumper, black rims with fairly new hole-shots, elka racing front shocks and +2 front A arms. rear wheel spacers, probably more and im wondering if these bikes have any problems??

'05's were pretty solid. Some '04's and very little '05's had some electrical issues. As long as they were taken care of they can be very dependable. You should be able to tell by talking to the owner and taking a thorough look at the machine.

All I know of on the 05's were the oil mod... It had problems with oiling the top end from factory.. I know there is a fix for this but not sure how to go about it.

As stated, YFZ's are good, solid machines.....if you are buying used, I would just make sure to look for any signs of abuse before you put your money down. Check the oil, ask about maintenance history, etc......I had an 04 for years that I ran hard and raced - it was an awesome machine!
