motor differences.. Need answers quick

Just wondering what the difference is between the motors in the 86 250r and the 87-89. i know the 86 has a short rod but is there anything else?

Just off the top of my head... since you need an answer fast!

86 is Short Rod, 88 is Long Rod.
Different Pistons
88 has bridges in the intake side of the cylinder
I think the heads (dome shape) are different
Cases are slightly different
Stators/Ignitions are different
Slightly different clutch setup
