Need help, wont start

Ok so one day I went fishing, when I get done I go to get on my quad and nothing, no lights at all and it wont turn over. I try push starting it and still nothing. The other night I jumped the selanoid and it turned over but wouldn't fire.
The quad is a 2001 300ex. Any ideas? Thanks!

is it getting a spark on the plug? if so.. look at the clutch lever. see if the little switch where the wires lead to is ok.. i think you can jump them together to test.. if it starts the switch is bad.

Thanks for the reply, sorry it took me so long, It wasnt getting spark. We checked the CDI box and it was bad, not sure if the rectafier fried it or what so I bought a new one of those too. Will keep you updated.
