Oil weight.

I went to my dealership and they only had 10-30 semi-synthetic oil for the engine side. i'm just wondering will this be good enough to run in 70 degree weather? i use it in the winter but usually go for 10-40 in the summer. i'm not looking to switch brands i just want to know about oil weight. thanks

I would stick with 10w40. If you look at the temperature range, 10w30 doesnt go as high. Then again, if you are changing it right away, then it might be okay. I have had good luck with 10w40 all year. I live in Michigan so it gets cold. If the temps drop below 32 degrees, its a little cold to ride quads for me.
