no ther not shipped but ill cut u a deal and say jsut give me 110 cuz i jsut shipped the hubs and its was like 13 so im assuming it will be a little more to ship the stem so just let me know i put a new bearing in the frame for it ill tap it out and send tht to u to if ud like
