Loose nut, where did it come from? plz help

I took off my stock engine skid to replace with PRM, and when i did there was a nut sitting there, it was about 1/2". I looked several times, but couldnt see where it may have come from. Any ideas?

It was unpainted, for about 1/2" bolt i would guess.

check all your engine mount bolts. there's one that is almost directly above the skid plate. my guess is it's the nut that goes along with that bolt.

that would make total sense. Is is a verticle bolt? or horizontal?

horizontal. just look right under the engine, toward the front.
