Anybody using a Boost Bottle on a 90cc? I got stock cylinder, and performance pipe. Just wondering if it's worth it or not?

If your running a 28mm carb or larger it absolutely does work, given the correct size bottle and the proper length hose. If you have a small carb dont waste your money.

What would be the proper size bottle and hose length?

A KOSO dual boost works even better with the larger carb with noticable difference .:D
Make sure it's mounted at the proper angle to help it work properly

The shorter the hose the more effective. bottle position should be above the intake tract. Malossi's MASCI bottle is a variable volume bottle.
The bottle will smooth out the "drop back to idle after blipping the throttle" so in a sense I use them as a tuning aid for some hot rod engines.
There used to be a formula/instructions for building them out of PVC on this site some where. Quaddad built him one sucessfully.

so if I'm running a 26mm carb on my sons stock motor LT80 (stock carb is 20mm) then I may benefit from a boost bottle to give it better response after letting off the gas like going into a turn then nailing it again?
if so, once I get it dialed in I wanna get a set. it'll just be one more thing I can say is a reason it's fast when people ask me LOL

Throttle response is better and it appears to have better bottom end.
