no top end!!!!!!!!!

i recently put together a 410 motor , new rings gaskets and that,
it starts first kick nearly all the time ,but dose nopt like to rev!!!! what gives ????
it will hit powerband after a while if you give it a little throttle ,but if you just gun it near dies /starts to bog .
Am i running to rich??? i belive im running a 190 main
i am using a 38mma/s at the moment waiting to recive my tmx41.5 from the states

to rich, what your pilot jet and needle, what clip setting you at? your main might be ok but it sounds to me like its right off idle to mid so look at that info for us..

do a leak down test. i learned from my mistake. i thought my jetting was off and later found out i had a bad gasket which caused my bike to run bad. eventually i seen leaking. took it apart and the sleeve was cracked. an air leak will cost big $.
