throttle sticking

throttle sticking and took carb apart and plate on side of slide is falling out and getting wedged between slide & carb. what is supposed to hold this plate in and has anyone else had this problem? forgot to mention it is 07 fcr. thanks

if your talking about the floating plate thats what it does is float if its not installed properly it will bind check again to make sur its not backwards or upside down
