electrical problems

I have a 07 400ex. I went riding Saturday. Everything worked Just fine. Loaded it in my truck and headed home. Went to go start It the next day turned the key on hit the button and nothing happened. No electric power at all. 12v at the battery but not start, neutral light, reverse light or headlights. Any idea on what might be wrong?

Probably your battery. I had the same exact thing happen to me. I'd take it out and bring it to a local automotive store to have it tested.

Take your ground off the battery, clean it up good and reattach. Should fix your problems

If you have 12v at the battery then its fine...check the ground like I said and that should fix it. You might wanna also check the fuses

I checked the fuses. They were good but changed them anyways and still nothing. Ill try cleaning the ground.

The ground would be my best bet (check positive also) but I got to thinking and there are little neutral and reverse saftey switches down by the shifter that may have come off but I'm pretty sure you still have headlights and it will at least turn over when they come off.
