i need quick carb help!

i just put an fcr carb on my 300 and it idles fine and but in the mid range it skips . what can cause this and what can i do to fix this. its an 37mm fcr on my 300 and i have a highly modded engine. thanks

mid is your needle setting. I dont know what u mean by skip. but my guess is your needle is to rich. raise the clip up 1 and see if its better.

when i mean skips it kinda of sounds like the rev limiter
