IMO: Off the shelf pipes, Hetricks 90 pipe OR Trackside. You can't go wrong with either.

Cant go wrong with either pipe Trackside or Hetricks Gen 3 pipe.

What about a WRH (Billy Holt) Pipe? He is the master of big stroker motors!

Our 108 has a BIG PHAT WRH Pipe on it, she'll carry the front wheels for 20-25 foot and it pulls nicely throughout the rest of the powerband as well.

I actually tested the following pipes on my WRH 118cc Motor and my Hetrick 108cc Motor

Hetrick Pipe
Koso Pipe New and Old style
WRH pipe
Hotquads Pipe

The WRH Pipe out performed all others on both motors hands down

I ran all of theses pipes 3 passes each on a stopwatch and radar gun
0-50ft
0-100
0-150
0-200
0-250

Hope this helps

We've had luck with Shawns Rev pipe, trackside, and the stock APEX pipe 90cc or bigger. Depends on track and conditions. I have a WRH but cant hit the sweet spot with that one. Dont know.... must be doing something wrong...:( :( :(

the generation 3 Hetrick pipe is super for a 90.
just tune cvt accordingly - jetting is big too with that pipe
we've found. very happy with ours !

We are very happy with the gen3 hetrick pipe as well, however I would speak to your engine builder as well. Depending on how he ported your cylinder, which intake system ect, different pipes may work better with your set-up.

If I had a Billy Hold built Motor I would expect his pipe that matches to make the most power on it.

I am guessing that you have a cast iron cylinder. I would probably suggest the Trackside as being the biggest gain on a large variety of different motors. The Hetrick Gen 3 is a great pipe also but is pretty much aimed at the Malossi/2 Fast cylinder motors.

We have the Trackside and the Hetrick G3 and love both but on your application I would go with the Trackside.

Our 108 is a stock Apex cast iron cylinder ported by a local shop that doesn't even have a Degree Wheel lol.

haha, and as those of us who have been on here for awhile know these "which pipe is best" threads never really end up being real productive.

Usually the person who starts it just ends up with more ??'s than answers.

LMAO, you know it man, its even worse with the Big quads lol. We just use what works best on our dyno and the track on our quads.

yup, our Malossi is really what the hetrick 3 pipe is aimed at, so no surprise ours works so good. seems like a pipe that would work with lots of apps though. find others with similar cylinder to yours and see what works. Good luck !
Lots of good pipes out there, so just find a match.:D

a monstor of a motor like he is describing will work best with a pipe designed for tourque like a WHR or a PCS, the trackside is more geared toward higher RPM

just my two cents
