Let it soak in PB Blaster (preferably overnight), while you find a bigger hammer. If that doesn't work, you may have to cut it out.

more than likely if its never been out you will prolly junk it. been there done that. Sometimes you get lucky. Most the time if its never been out and lubed you end up needing a new one

best way is to try to heat it up...and if you are trying to save it make sure when beating on it you dont f up the threads.. if that doesn't work.. then cut it.. i used a cutting wheel..

i soaked it in WD-40, used an impact & air hammer, it looks like cutting is my only option right now, how exactly should i tackle it?

i took a hilti hammer drill to mine.have a buddy hold the bike still or tie it down and take a pointed chisel bit and big hilti hammer drill and it will come out much easier than cutting it out.

throw that can of WD-40 in the trash as its not going to help like PB blaster does. Blaster is the best for this situation. Just soak the ends and the spacers on the swinger. Use an impact gun on one side and spin the bolt, while on the otherside, hit the bolt with what ever you got. it takes time. But it will come.

Mine would not come out either. I started cutting between the inside of the frame and the outside of the swingarm, on both sides. Was then able to remove both ends of the bolt. Good luck!
