i replaced my stock tires with 20 9 11 holeshots.lost a little bottom end do to the 1'' or so taller tire.top end is better .anyone try a 14 tooth with these tires or should i stay with the 15 tooth? i do all around riding 400 ex is all stock.

I did "exactly" the same thing shortly after buying my ex.. the day after installing tires I walked in the my buddies shop and before I finished explaining the power loss he handed my the 14t. It's worth the $20.00...

:huh i don't get this

you lost bottom end because you replaced your stock tires with 20-9-11 how can that be when your stock tires are the same size but what 9 or 10" wide instead of 11 so technically your gear ratios are still the same so do you just feel like you have lost bottom end because you have less wheel spin or what

the soft radials, are actually like a 19" tire because when under power they almost go flat. Next time u and a buddy are out riding have him snap a picture with stock tires on and u will see what i mean.

holeshots seem to be bigger than stated too. that and the 11 inch tire is going to be pushed up more than the 10 because it is being squeezed more than a 10 wich adds a little hieght.:cool:

I agree Pappy. It works great on the MX track too.
