Tail light solution Any Ideas

Does anybody know if the rounded taillight on the 89 250r is the same as the one on the 400ex/300ex? I want to wire one in but would prefer one that is still new and shiny. Also what kind of bulb do I need to get. Thanks

Yes it is the same. If you want new and shiny, another solution would be one from a 450r which has led bulbs making it a bit brighter.
