New Background Color for the Site?

What do you think? White like it is now or light gray (like the header topic background colors)? I have had some people say the white is bothering them a little so I thought I would throw out the idea!

or vice versa.

black would hurt the eyes too, it would be like reading fine print.

i voted grey, but i really liked how the site was a long time ago, the black backround and red writing, though it was sore on the eyes, it surely looked really cool

I think gray would look good. It will make it a little more unique rather than just a white background. :D

How about some sample pages? Maybe a screen shot of what it would look like. Or if possible just change the color every 24 hours or so and get some input from everyone before deciding on a color.

grey just for some change and i think it will look good but i think it would be awsome to see the old style black and red back.

I say, you pay the bills do what you want. :D But seriuosly, I kinda like the white. as long as I can keep looking at it for hours on end with out going blind;)

Well I like it the way it is just cause I don't know what the grey would look like.

I say put the grey up for like a week then have everyone vote. Then ppl will really know what they want.

I think you should go with a cool color scheme, something that would be easy on the eyes..... Like a cool blue scheme like so

what about a honda red background and black text? I think it would be easier on your eyes than the black and red text.

For those of us at work, we don't want someting to bold, because then they will know were not working on real work.

Try the gray, and if a lot of people complain, then just change it back. No matter what you do, your not going to please everyone.

What about like off-white. Just something not so bright. And make the dialog boxes Honda red.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but on some boards in your control panel you can choose the color theme you want....can that be done?

how about black as a backround color, with red lettering? that would be kinda cool. and then for the post replys and stuff the same as it is now with the light grey and black lettering!
