Wont start

I got a 2007 yamaha bill balance and it will crank over but wont start? What you guys think it is. I took the battery out and charged it and it still wont start.

could b old gas, also if u turned the fuel off when u stored it and all the fuel drained out of the carb turn it to reserve, reserve is a bleed, just a thought
