new shocks?? help

everywhere i read poeple always say shocks will help yout more than a bigger engine
so heres my question: what kinda of shocks sould i get for trail riding and jumping for my 400ex with out emptying my wallet

works AT steelers will suit you just fine,,they help a bunch and are a great bang for the buck..I just replaced my works with elka's do to the fact that I've become a better racer :rolleyes: and need something better..you will NOT be disappointed..:cool:

YOur lookin at around $500 for works triple rate shocks with rezzies... Cough...quadshop...cough..:D
