Are these decent tires?

Looking for a cheap but decent tires for trail riding and riding around the house.

These seem to be pretty decent but I am unsure.

they look to be pretty good IMO. Remind me of stockers, which my stockers hook pretty good

they come factory on kfx450r's. they actually hook pretty good, and at that price you can't pass them up
