This thing was fugly when I first got it last week. Fender all hacked up and a spray can paint job that had overspray everywhere.

I removed the body getting it ready for the new factory yellow body to arrive. I am getting the front fenders tank cover and rear fenders late next week.

I am about to order some new wheels and tires. Going with some ITP SS wheels. I like the warranty they give with them.

Then the exhaust and a alum. battery box will be next. Fixing the things that need to be fixed first then going to start dressing it up and hopping it up.

looking better but ive heard bad things about those ITP wheels. Even though they give an excellent warranty and will replace it, when they crack then you will be waiting on your wheel to get back. I heard they crack easy and are weak. Just food for thought.

I might just go with a set of .190 douglas wheels then. I have come across a few negative posts about them since this thread.

not all ITP wheels, i meant just the SS series wheels. They look good but if I hear anything bad about wheels like that I usually dont get them. I ran ITP baja and ITP T9's on my 250r and loved them. I just couldnt pass up the deal I got on my douglas wheels. I love my douglas wheels though, they look great

Not sure what my next upgrade is going to be. I dont want anymore speed. I want relability and toughness.

Was thinking about a bigger oil cooler and a alum. batt box.

If you get the aluminum box, id get the one that holds the battery and everything in the box with it, it looks so much cleaner with it all cleaned up. I plan on getting one for mine if I keep it

also you ride it just fine with the front brake lever that far down? I dont think id be able to get my hand around it that far down lol
