this powder had a very low coverage rate. it should have been coated at 3 mills...and was....but after cooking....its seems a bit thin. i will probly strip them and redo....i just dont like the way they turned out

yes it is soggy. i have used eastwoods and some morton yellow....but this powder has me pissed off:mad: ive noticed that also thier ruby red is a thin substrate. its ok if ya know ahead of time...but sucks finding out the hard way:grr

im not giving up on those powders...but i may pre heat the part a bit. it very well could be that was still only about 5 degrees outside....and even with the heater the garage was cold:p

What did Brian have to say about the way the AG yellow flows out? Are you sure it aint just cuz it is cold outside? Did you preheat the parts and blow powder on then whithin five to ten minutes of taking them out of the oven?
Dont get me wrong, I aint trying to school ya. Just asking...
