HRC Jet Kit 08 450R Help

Just got a HRC jet kit. HRC needle, 162 main, 55 leak, Where should the needle clip be set at 3rd one down from the top or bottom? My air box lid is cut out a little bit (close to the size as the HRC lid) is the 162 going to be big enought? Thanks! 08 450R

Also how do you keep the needle from coming out?

162 or 165 is prolly what you need....third clip from the top and there should be a spacer or spring clip i cant remember and an allen head cap screw that goes over were the needle sits in the slide
