250r lsr rotor hub/locknut with 400ex axle and 450r brakes?

Wanting to know if I had a chance at making a 250r LSR hub and locknut setup work with a 07 450r rear brake setup on my 400ex. I don't have a rotor yet so I was wondering if I got a 250r rotor would it fit the 450r caliper? Thoughts on this Frankenstein setup.

I think that the rotors are the same besides the bolt pattern for the hub but if I'm using a 250r hub it would all be OK?
