View Full Version : Already Screwed By A ATV Parts Store

I bought somem parts from www.cyclepartswarehouse.com and they charged my account for $280 on the 6th and they charged me again on the 8th (today)

This is a account that I only use for online purchases and I keep just enough in it to cover my needs.

Now my account is negative becasue of overdraft fees because of this.

What can I do to fix this.

Call your bank and tell them it was unauthorized!! I've had this happen before and the bank did most the work. I would call the place up and tell them what happened and that you need to be reimbursed for the overdraft fees. If they give you any trouble, the bank should take care of it. They can get into big trouble for doing stuff like that.

x2 I would contact your bank first before you contact them. They may not want to pay your overdraft fees.

Contacted my bank on friday and this business has a long history of doing this. We both use bank of america so that is why they were able to give me the information.

no not yet. I wish. This is holding me up from getting my wheels and tires.

My bank said it should go back in tommorrow.

I would never reccomend this company to anyone.

yup ^^^ already screwed by "a" (an) atv parts store is quite harsh and is wrong anyway. but anyway it is up to you, at least the situation will be rectified. did you ask the company to refund it or is the bank going to do it? steve
