What Nerf Bars are these?

Just curious on what they are. The previous owner got the bright idea and painted the body while still attached to the frame. Now it has black overspray everywhere.

Been cleaning it up a little at a time. Already looks alot better than what is in these pictures.

Sorry I have so many questions already I just like to learn and to know what exactly I have. So far it has been the best $1000 I have ever spent.


Ignore the body I have brandnew plastics on the way. It should make this ATV look so much better.

I have no idea what kind of nerf barss those are. Did you look for any kind of markings or anything on them?

After you get your plastics in I would recommend getting new tires, yours look pretty worn.

as far as the nerfs, im not 100% sure since the support bar from the end of the peg to the side is how it is

the bars just look like maybe a cr bend pro taper

Yea I know the tires are gone. They are actually dry rotted as well Going to get a set of new wheels and tires. Maybe the Douglas .190 wheels and not sure on the tires yet.

I will look for some marking tommorrow and see if I can find any. It is just a pain getting all of the over spray off. I am hoping to get the chassis and most of the other parts powder coated this winter.

I want to make it look pretty good when I am finished with it.

Hopefully the plastics will be here sometime next week. I got the front and rear fender and the tank cover. Gonna try and clean up the side panels.

By the looks of how the visual aspects of the quad is, kinda makes me wonder how the person before you treated the motor (change oil, regular maint.) or other mechanical parts (bearings, etc.)

How much you pay for it?

You would think by the looks of it that it would be in very bad shape. The looks are so bad becasue it looks like someone just went nuts with spray cans and did a very crappy job with it.

The motor seems like it is in perfect shape no smoke or any noise's. I changed the oil and it was not too bad looking.

I am sure I will go through it this winter to see what all is wrong with it.

I think I got a good deal. I only paid $1000 for it. It is like a project for me.

I am going to take them off later today and clean them up and get all of the paint over spray off. Maybe I can find some kind of name stamped into them.

I like the way they look and they feel very strong.
