View Full Version : gas out the exhaust?

So my buddy tried rebuilding the carb on his warrior, and he told me when he tried starting it it poured gas out of the tail pipe. I can only figure the float is sticking or something. Any help is much appreciated.

I didnt know that was possible. How does gas make it through everything to come out of the exhaust let alone pour out haha.

sounds like the float is stuck to me as well. same thing happened to me. either the float is stuck, or there is debris on the needle/seat.

Thanks for reaffirming. that was the only idea i had. I guess time to tear it down again.

when floats stick its common for them to come out the exhaust, even fill up your air box too if sits there for a while with the gas on
