im assuming they don't, but do the new style 400ex plastics fit to the 2001 400ex.

440, are you talking about the '05-'07 or the '08+ bikes?

08- have the skinny seat so you will need a seat and gas tank also.

I believe brackets need to be slightly modified. But it is done alot.

05-07 bolt right up, no mods...headlight plug is different(need old plug and splice in new wiring for bulbs), and theres a bracket that bolts to new headlight and fenders, and a headlight stay to bolt to a cross bar on the frame...nothing major, easy transfer, I did this with my 99
