I may be overanalyzing this but why do people cut there handlebars to 28.5 and 29"? I have been looking at several handlebars(used) and there are several people that cut them. Also do you think 1/2" shorter bars than stock on each side but in a fat bar brand would be worth purchasing. My stock bars are bent, I want a fat bar, but I don't really have the money to purchase brand new fat bars and mounting kits. Give me some input please.
