I am new to the r's. Would a ct 310 cylinder make a good trail engine? My cylinder needs to be sleaved and i found a 310 cylinder,it needs a spacer to be run on a 89,any pros or cons running this combo?

I run a ct 310 cylinder with mx porting, boyesen rad valve, a pwk 38 carb.,paul turner 89 race pipe, fat boy silencer, KandN filter no airbox lid with filter skin and it is been a ton of fun. some go with the 35 pwk for more bottom end power but i think it has plenty bottom-mid-and top for all around riding it is like a stock "R" on steroids. The only dislike i have is the top end re-build is more money, mine is the older style and the top of the piston needs milled for correct clearance and compression i usually let ct handle that since they built it to start with.
