Stock Shock Adjuster

Hey how much do you change on the stock shocks when dropping them with the stock adjustment. Mine is currently up all the way and I want it a bit softer since I do not weigh to much. If I drop the adjustment all the way down so the shock will be less compressed how much will it affect the suspension ride.

That's where it is at right now, it came like that when I bought it. i weigh about 155 and it seems a bit to hard. Also how do you turn the adjustment. So you compress the spring or pull the shock out. Or just jack it up so all the tension is off the spring.

id say the bottom one or 2nd to bottom would work.
