gpx140 in trx90 pic's need help

Well I was woundering what guys were doing for rear break kickstart set up any help would be great

I had made the break lever to work with kids on quads swingarm and rear master cylinder and now the kick start hits the break lever

Mod the lever so it will go under the nerf bar. Chop it in 2 and weld in a U piece

also looks like you will need to extend the kicker out 3 inches or so... if you have a welder, then it should be something easy to do.

thats what I was thinking. then find a kick start lever that swings at the bottom not the top. the one they sent the top part were your foot hits is were it swings

the carb is a pain to fit on the old 114 the cable was bent bad and I ran a radiator hose with a chunk of pvc in it and put a filter on that, didnt work so great so I just orderd a 12 way this time around think I'm going to put the carb on going the wrong way think if I swing the carb a bit if will work

get a kitaco kicker. this is what everyone that has a trx90 runs when they do the kickstart mod.

check out etondaddy build on his trx90 they made the brake go under the propeg he built a nasty trx

ya one guys has 160 in his sons extreem. it gets raced in Idaho only, & he rides the dunes with it. idaho has lots of redneck's racing not to many cry babys that will say anything abought a motor

thats what im thinking here we race distric 13 but my daughter is a model so kindof worried if she is smoking all the little boys they are going to get pissed

might be the last chance you'll get to have boys chace her. with out given ya gray hair. :D they grow up fast

you dont even know the half of it i met her first boyfriend not long ago and first thing that came to my mind was how much lime i was going to need

had to redo one motor mount to clear clutch arm and redo break lever
