hey bro i wouldnt use one of the k&ns cuz if u ride in sand they suck...i have one for my dvx and i took the hose that goes from the carb to the airbox off and there was a layer of dust on the inside of it...i would use a UNI there cheaper and they have a double layer filter and u get about he same airflow as a K&n

Not the same air flow. The k&n is fine. Just make sure u clean it and properly oil it. Run an outerwears with it too.

I think the exact same as dvxrider i had plenty of build up in my boot when i was using my k&n and i just switched to uni so i cant tell you what the uni does for me because i just got it... I did ride some hardly ridden trails and i was behind my friends and there was tonssss of dust... if you really want to go with K&N reply to this post i will sell you my filter, with a K&N lid and im pretty sure i got the K&N kit with the oil and cleaner around here. That will be with the filter, the lid, oil, and cleaner.

dump the k&n. they do suck in alot of dirt. sure they flow more air and dirt. so here's what you get more air flow and more money spent on rebuilds.
