redid them 96 300ex i got for my girlfriend. it was a full tear down inspect and put back together. got brand new wireing harness, battery cable wires, new carb, new air filter, new gas, new plug, new key switch and new handle bar control switch and new battery.
go to start it and nothing, no spark, no nothing, so sound at all.
now ive built alot of bikes and this is the screwest thing ive run into.
when i got it, the guy said it lost spark, his plug and battery cable had some loose and disconected.
i bought all the new electronics from GDH racing i think it is on EBay all of a 2004, but they all the same.
my next questhing of what do u you to get the spark plug out easy, my 18mm socket bottoms out and i cant get in they very well with that?
i replaced the fuses also, still nothing. anyone got any ideas? everythings new and been replaced basicly.
