vin number decoder for atvs?

anyone know of a vin number decoder for atvs?
I want to change sprockets on wife's trailblazer but can't find the manufacturing date anywhere, polaris changed sprocket size mid production year. And my "local dealer" is always less than cooperative.

When looking at you 10th didit in the vin will tell the year. This was started by all the factories in 1980 with the letter A or B. I will look to see if I can find it some place for sure. This has been posted here before, so do a searc or check the FAQ.
