JUst bought a used z for my kid to woods ride.......but as it turns out it's blown up 30psi cold.......no start......gee I wounder why...lol. I've done 300ex top ends so we're going for it...... I posted all the stuff I want to get on my Facebook page (Michael Kozura) let me know what you think.....thanks.

Changed intake valves and piston rings.....starts quick now...lol. Axle and wheel bearings are all bad should have them done tomorrow......

My intake side also had zero clearance and the exhaust side was fine must be a common thing with this engine.

i had the zero clearance on the intake valves too but i adjusted them to be within spec. looks better now tho man.

expect to have to readjust them, the best answer to valves is to replace them with RHC valves ,best valve ya can get

yeah i kinda figured. im planning on moving up to a 450 so i wont be dealing too much with it
