i need help my starter is sticking

Ok so i fired up my 400 and it started right up but then the starter kept spinning so i hurryed up and turn the key of and it just kept trying to start the motor even with the killswitch off and the key off

So i hurryed up and ripped the ground wire off so it would stop

What would have cause this? i really dont have a clue what it would b other than something in the starter stuck

take it all apart and clean it out good with some electrical cleaner. check out davidsfarm on youtube, go to his channel and search how car starters work. it should be about the same thing as the 400ex starter. good luck

well now it doesnt even really turn over so i pop started it to ride it today
