just finished my dual exhaust for my 440 not the sharpest looking pipe but hey its dual. still need to pack em and put the badge on left muffler.oh and my oil cooler. check it out motherfu***

first pic is sic, looks like it has a cbr 1000 motor in it. how do you like those knarles? i would get that oil line off the header in pic 2. just zip tie it up to the frame rail. that extream heat will breakdown the oil and fail the hose.

knarles are awesome they hook up great and break lose when i want em to. but sometimes i run roads to get to certain trials and they wear quick on the pavement, but what tire doesn't. i do have to move the oil line i had some stick on head shield but yea that lasted long:rolleyes: im not a huge fan of the wrap but since i ride with people (woman) on the back its needed. but its loud and that is what i wanted. easy to do, i suggest if your considering it go for it. thought id show it to inspire someone else to make their own.

did you weld it where you cut the header or just wrap it?
