airbrushed pool table

Anybody ever airbrushed the felt on a pool table? Just wondering how well it'll hold up. Time for a re-finish, thinking of doing a red mahogany table with black felt and some white airbrushing.

That would look cool but it would effect the traction of the balls.

just what I was going to say it will speed up the balls til it hits a patch with no paint and also could effect the direction they travel.....great thought though would look killer

not standard airbrush paint its a dye

I wonder how mad my pops would get for getting the felt redone on like a $10,000 table with black felt and a red Honda logo bahahahaha

If its a dye you maybe alright. I wouldn't do it while it was on the table, because the slate will soak up the moisture and it takes a long time for it to dry out.:D
