i bought a bottom end off of a friend last year it had 8hrs on it. he ran a rekluse but took it out when i bought it. when i got it there was a thick layer of metal shavings in the bottom of the side case and the oild was silver there was so much. i thought it was because the way he ran the rekluse so i cleaned it out and put my stock clutch in it and ran it for about 20hrs. when i tore it down for the winter rebuild it had metal shavings in it agian but not as bad. is it posible that i just didn't clean it out very well and it is stuff left over from the first time? or what could cause this problem? any info would be great thanx.
