can i see smoe pics of your hoods on 400's?? im gettin new plastic maybe maier and might out a hood on it, if i do what are some ideas for lights since i ride at night???tell if u cut the plastic or jus put it on top

if i get maier, do i need to buy side covers and tank cover>?

did u cut ur plastic besides the headlights??

someone said u dont have to cut your plastic that you can bolt it on top

The head lights are cut off and no you don't have to cut your plastic down the middle to mount it..but you will need to cut holes up front to make it mount flush..

JL. The main point of getting a Hood is to get rid of the lights. If you want the lights then don't get a hood.

Or you could always just go buy a set of those Lazar lights that are in ATV mags. They look trick but are pricy.

maier was the best deal for the money, and it looks good too, especially from a distance, they are easy to put on compared to the quadtech.
