I was just wondering what your PSI is in your Elka front SHocks? I just measured mine yesterday and they were 50 and 55 PSI. Is there any specific number it should be or no? I was just wondering if anyone every plays around with them enough to know what the setting should be or if it is just based on my prefference. Any help is appreciated, Thanks Chris.

That seems very low. When my friends rebuilt mine i think he put in 180psi, but im not sure.
Honestly though you might have released the pressure when you checked them. There is so little of nitrogen in the shocks that just the amount of air it took to register on the gauge could easily have a huge effect on what is now in the rezzie.

NEVER put air into the shocks unless its fox air shocks or axis air shocks. those shocks will need to be serviced now that u released the nitrogen when u tried to check the psi. they should have atleast 180-200psi
