just out of curiousity would anyone buy my 'ram air airbox scoops' if i made a few extras? i really need to get off my butt and get some pics. i think the first 5 i would only charge shipping to get some reactions. what do you think?

how big are these scoops, do they just mount right on the box?

i think it's just easier to take off the airbox lid

what they are are fins on the side of the airbox. theres 2 holes under the fins. they direct fast moving air right into the filter itself. the faster you go the faster the air gets put in there.

try to make them first if you havent and see if it actually works, kuz im not thinkin a whole lot of air would get in there anyway

i already did make them. their on my bike right now. i put this blue mesh filter screen in there to stop dirt particles. it works great. i hardly bogg out in 5th anymore. its like a leaf blower pushing on your filter :p

im guessing you will have to re-jet with the extra air from the scoops, am i right?

its a possibility i spose that you will need to because it could run leaner....but i havn't had a problem with it.
